Tutor Payment Options

Welcome to the Payments section. Here, we outline how remuneration for your indispensable tutoring services is structured and disbursed. As a tutor with Your Native Teacher, you have two primary payment methods to choose from:


1. Bank Transfer (For Registered Freelancers with Business VAT Numbers):

This payment method is ideal for tutors who are registered freelancers in their country, equipped with a business VAT number, and able to create invoices for their payments.

Process:

  • On the first day of each subsequent month, you’re required to send us a monthly invoice detailing your lessons and corresponding earnings.
  • Upon receiving your invoice, we commit to process your payment via bank transfer within 7 days.


What we need from you:

  • Full details, including your name, address, bank details, and any other pertinent information, to process the payment.


Note: This option ensures you receive the full amount without deductions, provided your bank doesn’t charge you for receiving funds.


2. PayPal Payment:

A swifter and globally accepted method, PayPal remains a top choice for many of our tutors.

Process:

  • Your earnings for the month will be automatically transferred to your designated PayPal account between the 5th and 6th of the subsequent month.


What we need from you:

  • Send us an email communication with your PayPal email address. This ensures we transfer funds to the correct account.


Note: Please be aware that PayPal imposes a fee between 3-6% on each transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from your PayPal payment. The responsibility for covering this fee is the tutor’s and will not be reimbursed by Your Native Teacher.
