1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- This giveaway is open only to new students who have not previously taken courses with Your Native Teacher.
- Participants must follow Your Native Teacher on Instagram to be eligible.
- Employees of Your Native Teacher, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2. Prize Details
- One winner will receive our Starter package, which includes 6 months of free language lessons (4 lessons per month), for a total of 24 lessons.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- This giveaway does not cover other packages (Basic, Advanced, Expert) offered by Your Native Teacher.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway end date.
- The winner must respond within 5 days of receiving the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.
4. Prize Conditions
- The 6-month Starter package includes 4 lessons per month, which must be completed within each month and cannot be carried over.
- The prize lessons must begin within 30 days of winning and follow a regular schedule to maximize learning progress.
- The prize is subject to Your Native Teacher’s standard terms and conditions for lessons, including rescheduling and cancellation policies.

- By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in Your Native Teacher’s Privacy Policy. This data will only be used for administering the giveaway and communicating with the winner.

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Your Native Teacher to use their name and likeness in promotional materials related to this giveaway.
